1. Our services

Shadify sells digital products only. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

• Digital invitation website: you choose a template, add your event details, photos and music, and get a shareable invitation website link with an RSVP / guest portal.
• Story Maker templates: story designs that you customize in your browser and download as images or videos. Free templates need no payment; paid templates are unlocked on your account after purchase.

2. Eligibility and account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with a parent or guardian.
• You must give correct information and keep your password safe.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the website before you pay and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Each purchase is a one-time payment. There are no hidden charges or automatic renewals.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking or wallets, as available. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Your order is confirmed only after Razorpay confirms the payment. A payment receipt is available in your dashboard.
• We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you pay is the price you are charged.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally and instantly after successful payment. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. Refunds and cancellation

You may cancel any purchase and get a full refund within 7 days. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

6. Your content

• You own the text, photos and music you upload. You give us permission to store and display them only to provide the service to you.
• You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload, and that it does not break any law or anyone else’s rights (including copyright and privacy).
• You must not upload content that is illegal, obscene, hateful, defamatory, or that harms others.
• We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

7. Our content and licence

Template designs, graphics, fonts, code and the Shadify brand belong to us or our licensors. When you buy a template, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own event or stories. You may not resell, copy or redistribute the templates themselves.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse, hack, overload or disrupt the website;
• use the service for fraud, spam or any illegal purpose;
• try to access another person’s account or data.

9. Service availability

We work to keep the website available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or technical problems may cause short breaks. If a problem stops you from using a product you paid for, contact us and we will fix it or refund you as per our Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of data you did not back up, or problems caused by your internet, device or third-party services.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in REPLACE_ME City will have jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the new Terms.
